In an effort to provide transparency, we provide minutes from our Board of Director’s meetings and annual budgets.

As a reminder, neighbors are invited to attend Board of Director Meetings. They occur on the second Monday of the month at 6:00 pm. Currently, we are conducting “hybrid” meetings so neighbors can join us in person at the ECA office or online.

Need a letter of support for your project or business?

The ECA uses a New Development and Business Evaluation Rubric to evaluate proposed developments or new business ventures. This tool helps the ECA’s Board of Directors understand how the proposal aligns with our mission and values.
After being notified by the developer/business owner of a new project or proposal, the ECA will notify the appropriate committee to conduct an interview with all appropriate parties using this rubric. Once completed, the finalized rubric will be sent to the Board of Directors and the developer/business owner will be invited to present during one of our monthly meeting times (which always occurs on the second Monday of every month at 6:00 pm).
