Friends, we wanted to let you know that representatives from the Eastown Community Association, Uptown, Eastown Business Association, and Fulton Heights Neighborhood Association have been meeting with Orion Construction and Concept Design to work together on the proposed development for the corner of Carlton and Fulton. Please review the proposed plans below and contact us with any feedback/questions/comments. We plan to also host a community meeting on July 23rd at 6pm at Holland Home (1450 Fulton St E in the chapel) to give residents another opportunity to ask questions and give their feedback to Orion.

The proposed development includes two buildings, one all residential (on Carlton), and one mixed use (on Fulton) with a total of 56 residential units, 2,850 square feet of retail space, and a 3,500 square foot restaurant with outdoor seating and parking on site. This site will need to be rezoned, an alley running through the site will need to be relocated, and the multiple lots making up the site will be combined. A hardscape (patio area) is also proposed in the space between the Opera and new building.
