Proposed Development in Eastown

SpartanNash- the developer of Family Fare- wants to add a gas station at the corner of Carlton & Fulton across the street from the Fulton St Family Fare. The developer is applying for a Special Land Use which will go before the Planning Dept. on Oct 23rd. We are looking for feedback from our residents on whether or not you support this development.

UPDATES AS OF 9/22:
The Land Use Application for the Family Fare Gas Station has been received by the City Planning Department . There will be a public hearing about the proposal on November 13th at 1120 Monroe Ave NW in the Development Center, 2nd floor, Public Hearing room 201. The meeting will begin at 1pm. It is imperative that you are there to show your support or opposition to this proposed gas station at Carlton & Fulton.
