1555 Wealthy Development

Paramount Realty Partners and Sears Architects will be breaking ground this week or next week on their mixed-use building at 1555 Wealthy Street SE, attached to the existing structure that houses Striders, Papa John’s, and Spoonlickers.
The project is a by right development, meaning that it was and is allowed under the current zoning by our city’s planning department without additional action needed from the Board of Zoning Appeals. The project has also qualified for a Neighborhood Enterprise Zone (NEZ) designation through the City. Additionally, the site is self-parked and the number of parking spaces provided meets the number required by the City.
The developer anticipates construction will take six to eight months and is shooting to have the building completed by Thanksgiving.
